She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and is currently pursuing her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation in Alberta. Throughout her career, Sunayana has partnered with leaders across industries including energy, technology, education, and non-profit, supporting them in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her expertise spans full-cycle recruitment, leadership hiring, and aligning talent strategies with broader business goals.
